Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To process your refund, we require you to send us a receipt to email@example.com. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on the conditions set out below.
We will offer you a refund or replacement, IF:
- Your package is lost in transit
- Your item is received in an unusable condition
- You receive the wrong item
We will NOT offer you a refund or replacement, IF:
- You enter the wrong address
- You order the wrong item
- You order the wrong colour or style
- You change your mind after ordering
If you receive the wrong item or the item is unusable, you MUST send us a photo of the issue in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale or free items cannot be refunded, but can be replaced subject to the above conditions.
